I use it frequently in the pool, and it works as advertised. It has never leaked, is easy to operate and worth the money. It is not going to protect your camera from "shock" if you drop or bump it.
I will recommend it to everyone who is using camera.

This is very useful for me and my photography. I can't wait to use this in the summer when it is warmer. I tested this out in my tub and went out in the storm here a couple weeks ago and it worked very well! No leaks at all.

For the price, this is a very good investment if you plan on submerging your camera in water. I got this for a photo shoot but didn't end up using it. I did test the pouch in water and out of water and here are my thoughts: First the good things besides the price; The material is durable and it does what it advertises it does. It completely kept my T3i dry when I submerged it in my tub. It works well out of water too and protects the camera from dirt or sand. Perfect gift for that geek in your life!

I bought this last month for a trip to Belize and Guatamala. My first use was on a river cave tubing trip, so it only got wet off and on, but took great pictures. I was hesitant when I went snorkling at the reef off of Belize, but WOW, I was able not only to take pictures, but able to switch over to video on my camera. It's not easy with the plastic, but it can be done. You can also see the screen on your camera when you are taking pictures. We went snorkling twice and I was in the water for a few hours, great product. My camera was safe and DRY all the time, no leakage.

I purchased this for a marine biology study abroad to the Bahamas. I was debating between buying a waterproof camera and this case, and I'm so glad I got this case! One girl had a Kodak waterproof camera that lasted two days before it filled with water, and another girl had a really expensive (around $400) waterproof camera that lasted a week before it filled with water. I have a beat up 5-year-old Kodak EasyShare and this case allowed me to take great pictures, in and out of the water. The case protected from harsh salt water, fresh water, sand, and dirt. We were snorkeling twice a day for about 2 hours at a time for a 3 week class and the case is still in perfect condition.
